Attribute: KWEV [m/s] (3D model only).

Vertical K-values can be specified for elements in 3D models. When the KWEV attribute is assigned, then Kx = Ky = KWER and Kz = KWEV. If KWEV is only defined for some of the elements, the remaining elements are assigned using the default Kz = KFVH * Kx. The factor KFVH for the hydraulic conductivity in the Z direction is 1/10 by default.

The unit m/s is always used regardless of the time unit specified in the model file
