Some default parameters for plot creation can be changed by using an initialisation file, which is always named plogeo.ini, and is located in the directory (Windows 7 / 10 / 11):

C:\Users\Public\Public Documents\SPRING\Konfig

This path varies depending on the operating system or hard drive partitioning.

If no file with this name exists, then the default settings are used.

The initialisation file is read row by row until the end of the file. One parameter can be changed per row. The first 4 characters of a line (capital letters!) specify the parameter, with the following numerical value either describing the height [in cm or mm] or a flag (0 or 1) that results in a specific display type or execution.

The plogeo.ini commands are defined via the Preferences menu item in the Edit menu of the SPRING user interface. When saving the settings using this menu, the modified settings are recorded in the plogeo.ini file.
