All model data in the input file and the transient file which are usually related to concentration are, in the case of a heat transport calculation, related to the temperature:

Analogously, the results from the heat transport calculation in the output files and the postprocessing modules (plot generation, data export, ...) are "temperatures" but called "concentrations”.
