Predefined are the following units:
Length in [m]
Areas in [m²]
Volumes in [m³]
Angles in degrees [°]
The other data are defined as follows:
Permeability coefficients in [m/s]
Concentrations:
In a mass transport calculation using a tracer or a density-independent flow it is possible to enter the concentration with an "arbitrary" unit (i.e. [g/l], [[g/g], [mg/l], [kg/kg], etc.).
In a density-dependent mass transport calculation the concentration has to have the unit [kg (solute)/kg (solution)].
In a calculation with adsorption the concentration has to have the unit [kg/m³].
Temperatures in [°C]
Density in [kg/m³]
Material data (MATE) in [cm/s]
Transmissivities (TRAN) in [cm²/s]
The relevant time unit for in- and outflow is determined in the model file. Therefore, all in- and outflows of the model have to be converted to this time unit. The following time units are available: SECOND, DAY, MONTH, YEAR.
Mass inflow and outflow (QKON) are defined per time unit second.
