In SPRING the export of contour lines with assigned values is possible by using the following command in the batch file of the plot generation.
By adding "SHP" (red arrow) in the representation block of the desired data type (as contour lines) the corresponding shape-files are exported after performing the batch file. Input and performing in the dialog of the plot generation is currently not possible.
The contours lines should be displayed WITHOUT labels ("-" in front of the color number, blue arrow), as otherwise gaps in the exported contour lines arise.
If the interval between the contour lines to be exported is less than 1.0, the user should adjust the following settings before performing the plot:
In the dialog box SPRING 
Edit Options: Plot Contour lines the number of decimal places has to be one at minimum (depending on the interval). Otherwise multiple contour lines are of equal value.
