The KWER identifier can be used to assign a new horizontal K-value to an element. The K-value is then isotropic: kxx = kxy = constant, angle=0 (even if anisotropic K-values were previously defined with MATE and ZONE).

The KWEV identifier can be used to assign a new vertical K-value to an element in a 3D model.
