Attribute: BERG [m] (node-wise) (only for horizontal or 3D models)
The values for transient subsidence are defined under this identifier. If any time steps for a node does not have a subsidence value specified, then those time steps are automatically assigned a value of 0.0 as the subsidence amount. Transient subsidence is automatically interpolated at intermediate points in time, so if you defined a value of 2.0 m at time 10 and then don’t specify values for the next ten time steps, then that value of 2.0 m is maintained for the following time steps. The subsidence values are subtracted from the lower boundaries, z-coordinates, terrain surface elevation and the watercourse stage (water level) during the calculation.
The specification of transient subsidence always refers to the elevation at the start time of the transient simulation. A subsidence from 10.0 m to 9.0 m and then to 7.0 m is therefore defined by a subsidence amount of 1.0 m (10.0 - 1.0 = 9.0) and then by 3.0 m (10.0 - 3.0 = 7.0).
