Attribute: KWEV [m/s] (3D model only).

For 3D elements, it is possible to assign vertical permeabilities. When assigning the attribute KWEV it is: k_x = k_y = KWER, k_z = KWEV. The unit m/s is independent of the time unit of the model file. If KWEV is only defined for only some of the elements, applies to the other elements as before: k_z = KFVH*k_x. The factor KFVH for the permeability in the Z-direction is set to 1/10, unless it is explicitly defined.
