Already defined values for EFLA can be changed. New values can be specified. This is equivalent to FLAE in the model file without a '*' in column 16.

Already defined values for FLAE can be changed. New values can be specified. This is equivalent to FLAE in the input file with a '*' in column 16.

 

The unit of time refers to the unit in the transient input file.
